Allansford Cheese World Museum

The Allansford Cheese World Museum was established in the mid 1990s as a tribute to the western district’s hard working farming families. Situated on the Great Ocean Road in Allansford, opposite the Warrnambool Cheese & Butter Factory, the museum houses an extensive collection of farm implements and household items from everyday life in the early 1900’s.

Following the Covid-19 pandemic, the museum reopened in October, 2022
