Museum of Fire Engineering and Walk of Fame

The Walk of Fame in Ivanovo is located on the territory of the Ivanovo Institute of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia. At the beginning of the Alley a monument was erected in honor of graduates of the institute who died in the line of duty. A museum of fire fighting equipment is located along the Alley. A variety of fire fighting equipment from different periods of time, assembled from all over Russia and carefully restored, are exhibited in the open air. The museum was created through the efforts of the institute’s staff, fire brigade veterans, with the support of the head and administration of Ivanovo.
